Sunrise
January 14th, 2006I sat TDY reserve in Charlotte for 4 days. All kinds of fun. Out of the whole deal I got two legs and a high speed at that. We left Charlotte at about 8pm and headed south to Fayettville, Arkansas. We got in around 10:30 (well, actually 9:30 as they are back an hour) and left at 5:40 in the morning. It meant getting up at 3:45 in the morning after going to sleep at 10:30 the night before. They don’t call it a highspeed for nothing. I got back into Charlotte at 8:30 and grabbed a flight back up here. The nice thing about the high speed is that you are done for the day early in the morning. If I was in base it wouldn’t be bad at all, but as was I didn’t get back here until 12:30. A LONG day already. Anyhow, a nice picture of the sunrise over Nashville from 33,000 feet.
